Robotic device for applying glue to the workpiece.   It is an automated application of glue to the workpiece with robot.   Glue application is done with a centrifugal force using the LOCTITE system.   After finishing the application of the glue, the presence of the glue is checked with a camera.   Advantages of this type of application: -         fast and reliable automated application cycle. -         precise application. -         each glue application record is saved in the SMM program. -         after each application and checking with a camera, it is possible to check the image if the glue is present on the workpiece.

Friday Features is Here: Setting the Table One of the many things customers love about our robot is the way we set the table to handle raw and finished parts management. It is decidedly different than others in the market. The software uses raw and finished parts dimensions to determine the gripper setting. It also uses those dimensions to optimize the layout of the parts table. A diagram on the console tells you where to set the pins so you can accommodate the largest number of parts on the table. That pin system is unique. So unique that it carries a European patent! The process of entering parts dimensions can take 4 or 5 minutes. Setting the pins and loading the raw parts on the table might take another 10 minutes. In about 15 minutes, you are ready to run the next job. People love the software because it is simple, fast, and easy. People love setting the table because it helps them optimize the job. Automated bin-picking is a challenging yet highly useful application.
