William Mars Mars, a brilliant scientist and one of the outstanding authors who contributed his scientific results to this book. You can read Will's and Tom's article "A Review of Thermal Effects on Elastomer Durability" on pages 251 - 324. It is an excellent and comprehensive review of thermal effects acting on rubber durability. I highly recommend reading it.
Look what Santa brought... Christmas just gets a little earlier every year LOL!

Cohesion doesn’t happen overnight. When our Brand Team was created at the start of this year, we knew we were embarking on a journey that would challenge us to rethink processes, break down silos, and align product, institutional, and researcher marketing like never before. It’s been a year of growing pains and meaningful progress. We’ve created shared templates, invested in newer CDP and data integration platforms, bridged workflows with the DMO team, and worked more closely with sales to scale our efforts globally. Most importantly, we’ve fostered a culture of collaboration that will serve us—and our customers—well into the future. I’m excited to continue this momentum and see what we can accomplish in 2025! #holidaymiracle #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #cohesioninaction #collaborationgoals #marketinginnovation #marketingalignment

December is here! The first day of the final lap of the year it's been a journey filled with lessons, progress, and reflections. Yet, the finish line is still ahead. This season isn’t just about celebrating; it’s about gaining clarity, moving with purpose, and taking accelerated action. As we look back, let’s pause...not stop. Let’s evaluate: What worked well? What could be improved? What needs a fresh perspective? Adjust the sails and keep moving forward. The goal is to celebrate wisely, acknowledge your wins, but stay grounded in the bigger picture. 2025 is knocking, fast and furious. It’s a call to action. Use these final 31 days as a gift to: prepare, plan, and build a strong foundation. Let 2025 find you ready, awake, and expectant of the greatness ahead. These are our rehearsals. Let’s make them count! Paul the Apostle had a perspective I love. Be inspired as you reflect on it. "But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize... for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13-14 Have a great December Family.. Rose Lamai Toing'eny. The Soaring Wellness Eagle. Championing Wellness for Lasting Fulfilment.

If calculators and computers didn’t replace humans, AI won’t either. But here’s the catch: if you don’t learn about it, someone else might—and they could replace you. The key - to adapt, upskill, and leverage AI as a tool to enhance your work, not diminish it.
