Guessing what a jury is going to do is often a fool’s game. And opining from afar about the decisions that a trial lawyer makes in the courtroom, which are often made on the spur of the moment, can have limited value as well. Still, there are always lessons that young litigators can learn by carefully studying the decisions made by other trial lawyers in the courtroom.
