It’s always interesting to see the latest tech innovations on show at CES, and there was quite a bit of hype around transparent TVs this year, with brands including LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics releasing them. This got me thinking about we can share content in new ways, to appeal to peoples' evolving consumption habits, and keep attendees inspired throughout an experience. It will be interesting to see how the tech develops, and some of the ways I predict we’ll be able to use these TVs include: ☀️ They can help us add a sense of natural lighting to larger scale venues that are lacking in this area. 💻 We’re all conscious of screen time, and these TVs could allow delegates to take on a hybrid existence, by immersing them in a brands’ world through screen content, while simultaneously enabling them to consume elements of the real, physical world. We share some of our other highlights from CES 2024 over on the Sledge company too – head on over to check them out. #Sledge #CES2024 #technology #eventtech #digital #content

There’s never been a more important time for brands to ‘humanise’ their tech. Find out why. Human touch was the key to the success of our Samsung Electronics Mobile Experience which received 168k+ interactions and won gold at the FMBE awards for being the 'Most effective roadshow/shopping centre campaign' 🥇 CES' Tech event earlier this month highlighted the inevitable domination of AI innovations in 2024 but we absolutely cannot forget the importance of being human and really understanding the engagement moments that matter to consumers. We believe there are three fundamental approaches to making your brand more human: 1️⃣ Build an emotional connection and be transparent 2️⃣ Increase human touchpoints and create product experiences 3️⃣ Help consumers eliminate choice overload We’ve written a whitepaper that explores how brands can better humanise their tech in today’s world, including actionable steps you can take to make your brand more human to build brand love, score more recommendations, more sales, and a higher spend per customer.
