The top nine 'improving' cities are all in eastern Member States, led by Białystok, Gdańsk and Cluj-Napoca. ◾ Check out data on areas influencing quality of life such as employment, housing, public spaces, green spaces, public transport, cultural facilities, healthcare, cleanliness, air and noise quality, and local public administration.
