When I sit down with a new agent, or someone pressing the restart button on their sales career, we always begin with ONE question: What’s your intrinsic motivator? This isn't something a coach can hand you. It's that inner drive, unique to you, that keeps you moving forward. For me, it was breaking away from the ‘broke single mom’ stereotype. I REFUSED to be a statistic!! But what about external motivators? Rewards, recognition, maybe the money involved? Everyone has different triggers — and once you get real and honest with what motivates you (or your team), you’re going to learn that progress will be that much more attainable. What motivates you?!
