Clinical safety in health tech can be a lonely place. So I am delighted to be planning an event to bring clinical safety officers together. We'll share learnings from incidents, hear perspectives on how to achieve innovation with safety at the heart of it, and put our heads together to answer tricky questions about AI in healthcare. What else would you like to see on the agenda?

Exciting times ahead! 😁 Just had a really exciting conversation with the lovely Laura Lee-Rodgers at DrDoctor to discuss hosting the in-person CSO event! More news on this soon, but please do get in touch if you have any ideas or suggestions for the day! Provissionally, we are looking at the end of June, with the aim to make the event hybrid too!

Sounds great Laura! Overdue! I’d like to hear perspectives on managing the logistics of clinical risk documentation in products with frequent feature releases & updates, and frequent PMS data informing algorithm performance / UAT. It would be great to see if anyone has created a cyclical process that facilitates tracking features/updating hazard logs etc. (Ie whether anyone has worked with product teams to streamline the end-to-end process of clinical need>feature release>risk evaluation/mitigation>PMS feedback>feature release and so on.) Finally, if anyone has found a clean way to automate the translation across ISO/DCB formats.

Wonderful initiative 🙌🏾 To align with the strategy for every Trust to have an EPR and ePMA, and the emergence of shared care records and patient engagement portals, would be great to have some show and tell or learning session(s) focused on lived experience 👍🏽
