Sounds flash but ask the traveling public what they'd really like in 2024 and it would be lower priced tickets, on-time flights, to stop selling tickets on ghost flights, and better access to frequent flyer redemption. New airports and lounges, sure they're nice, but there's other issues that need to be addressed first. Especially for some airlines. Air India leaves passenger luggage at San Fransisco. Take off weight limitations are understood but lack of communication with passengers is not understood. Why is it so difficult for the airlines to understand that sharing this information immediately on arrival or maybe enroute would mitigate many a heart burn. In today's age Air India would have known immediately as to whose luggage has been loaded or left behind. Why do you want the passengers to figure this out only when they don't see the luddage on the baggage belt. This is nothing but lackadiscal attitude on part of airline.
