The Search is coming to Amsterdam in March! Who should Lauren Hewlett and I be meeting when we're there? 🔥

Head of People - Private Equity (60 people) 🔥A brilliant role with a fast-paced Private Equity house, who focus on investing in B2B SaaS 🔥 This is a standalone role, managing all HR/People/Talent activities for the business of 60 people (mainly investment managers) 🔥 Reporting to the VP Talent who is absolutely lovely, a big personality, who does a lot of work with the Portfolio companies and partners with the Manging Directors (this role would manage relationships with everyone else in the business) 🔥 This is an international role covering UK, Europe, US Focus on redeveloping benefits and rewards system, improving the performance management framework, putting in place individual growth and development framework, coming up with ideas to retain people 🔥 Will also involve helping people organise visa's / citizenship applications, checking payroll from the US, conducting inductions, onboarding and exit interviews managing executive search firms, keeping on top of systems/processes (low volume but high quality) What we are looking for:  💫 They are looking for a dynamic, proactive, polished, service-orientated individual that loves to build relationships and enjoys a mix of strategic and operational work 💫  You must have a good understanding of generalist HR including employment law 💫 They want someone with a sparky personality who can build relationships across the business 💫 It's 5 days a week in the London office 💫 Must have a good sense of humour!! Salary is £120k-£140k depending on experience
