Reflecting on the good in our lives is the first step to practicing #Gratitude. 🌟 Recognize the positives—whether it's your health, family, friends, or even a delicious coffee. The second step is realizing these are gifts that didn't have to be this way, but they are. 🙏 How do you practice gratitude? Let me know in the comments!

Hey ladies, Does this hit your heart like it does mine? 💓👇🏼 Maybe you’ve gotten a message like this, or maybe you haven’t. I never did, but here’s the TRUTH. It breaks me to think about what Lee, and our three young adult kids, were secretly worrying and praying about when I was stuck at my heaviest weight. They were scared. A lot. 😔 When Lee finally told me how he’d been keeping it to himself, he admitted, “I was scared we’d lose you.” 💔 Wow, talk about a wake-up call! Thankfully, I decided enough was enough and started taking back control of my health. It wasn’t always convenient, but I realized it was so worth it! I’m back, and I’m better—for them and for me! 🙌🏼 Here’s the deal, friends… your health matters, even when it feels tough! Make a decision… set a plan… hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE… and don’t let life pass you by! If you’re feeling stuck, I’m here to help! We’ve got so many ways to help you start your journey. But even if it’s not with me, it’s okay—just take that first step! You’re worth it, and the people who love you? … They’re worth it too! 💖 #healthyliving #rightidenty #maximizedpurpose #healthandwellness #healthylifestyle #prockhealthcoaching #healthcoach #hopedealer #optimalhealth#byebyebefore #helloaftertheafter #optavist

God Has Called Us to Be Good Stewards of Our Health—And People Are Watching! I firmly believe that God has called us to be good stewards of our health. This isn’t just about looking good or feeling better; it’s about honouring the body we’ve been given and recognising that our health is a gift from God. And this is a responsibility we need to take seriously. Here’s something I stand by: You are the only book people will ever read. People aren’t just listening to what you say—they’re watching how you live. Your actions, your choices, and the way you take care of yourself speak volumes. When we live out what we believe, people around us get inspired. They see the way we take responsibility for our health, and it encourages them to reflect on their own habits. Your lifestyle will shout louder than any microphone, and by living out your commitment to health, you might just inspire someone else to take action on their own journey. So, how are you treating your health? Are you living in a way that shows others you value the gift of your body? Too often, we neglect our health, pushing it aside until something forces us to pay attention. But as stewards of our health, we’re called to be intentional—about how we move, what we eat, and the lifestyle choices we make. By taking care of our health, we’re not only honouring God, but we’re also showing others what it means to live with purpose and responsibility. And when we do what we believe, those around us can’t help but notice and be inspired to make their own positive changes. If you’re ready to take your health seriously, to live as a steward of the body God gave you, and to lead by example, DM me or click the link below to book a call. Let’s work together to live with purpose, strength, and health, as we’ve been called to do. 💪✨ #HealthyLifestyle #nutritioncoach #mindsetmatters #healthiswealth #successstartswithyou

You can't afford to lose this before appreciating it! I never appreciated how wealthy I was until a dear person to me took ill 🤒 If you have been in this situation before, you definitely know what I am talking about. All of a sudden, nothing else in life matters than having health restored. What is savings, investments or business without good health? If your body can still accommodate picking up healthy habits like: 🚰 Drinking enough water daily 🏋️♀️ Incorporating exercise in your routine 🥗 Eating healthy 🛏 Getting abundant rest 🧡 Cultivating healthy relationships Please stop scrolling and be thankful for health and a better chance. But don't stop there! Pick one thing from the list above and become intentional about it from today. I can't think of a better way of expressing gratitude for a healthy body than this 🙏 Today, I am grateful that my body still yields. I don't need surgery to lose weight. I can drink water through my mouth and not from tubes. What is that one thing you are improving on this list. I will be on your matter in comments. #Day11 #Gratitudechallenge #GratitudechallengewithcoachBobby

How do you know if you are hungry or full? What does that feel like in your body? As a physician, I emphasize the importance of listening to your body. But what does that mean? Hunger may present itself as a growling stomach, low energy, headaches, or a feeling of emptiness. For some, it is irritability ("hangry" anyone?). Fullness can be a sense of feeling satisfied stomach and decreased appetite. Some people feel hungry all the time. Pay attention to when you take that first big sigh while eating. This means your stomach is full, and it's time to stop. Even if you are not finished with your meal. You have permission to not eat everything on your plate. Honoring your body's signals starts with understanding what they feel like for you. This step is crucial in maintaining a healthy relationship with food. #MindfulEating #HealthyHabits As a physician and public speaker, I'm passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health.
