Hasler-White Inclusive Facilitation finds the solutions your organisation needs. Actually rooted in experience, I work in a way that includes all the voices for a stronger organisation.
One of the main reasons I set up Your Own Place CIC? The story about the young person cleaning her carpet in a bath is probably for another day (or my leaving do), but one of the reasons was because I was fascinated about the reasons people become homeless in the first place and the evidence base that prevents it. So whilst I'd had anecdotal experience during my career working with homeless people, I was especially interested in the risk (and mitigating) factors that related to heightening that risk, the evidence base for prevention as well as evidence base for what works. Our sector (and others) have a long way to go before we effectively make the case for prevention (financial and human), but in starting Your Own Place, I knew our impact, beyond the individual, could also come in the form of building an evidence base for what makes a difference. So we've arrived as a quality organisation that takes data and our managing impact cycle seriously. The starting point of the organisation, the decisions we make and a new project are my happy places - when I get to co-design a new Theory of Change. If data and creating an evidence base, so that you stick your head above the impact parapet is your thing, then maybe this CEO job is for you. #itsyourtime #recruiting #hiring #ceo #norwich #socialenterprise #jobs #newjob #job #recruitment #hr #careers #employment #nowhiring #jobsearch #thirdsector #jobsearch #norfolk You can view all the details including how to apply here: https://lnkd.in/eVTsssdW

Founder & CEO, HerKey | Building India's largest career community for women - to nurture, support and elevate her career aspirations. Managed by Team HerKey
Building a strong support system is key to success, both professionally and personally. At work, we rely on paid staff to help us achieve our goals. Why shouldn't we do the same at home? Yes, hiring household help like a nanny or cook may seem like a significant expense, but it's an investment in our future. By freeing up time and energy, we can focus on advancing our careers and pursuing our passions. In the long run, the growth in our career will far outweigh the initial costs. Moreover, becoming a job creator within our own homes is a powerful way to make an impact. By providing employment opportunities, we not only support our families but also contribute to the larger economy. So let go of the guilt and embrace the idea of hiring help at home. It's not just about convenience—it's about investing in our success and well-being. Here's to building strong support systems and thriving both professionally and personally! #SupportSystem #CareerInvestment #JobCreation

Looking for your next hire? Maybe it's time to explore rural talent. My recent conversation with Jessica Meyers from PorchLight completely reshaped the way I view job opportunities in rural America—particularly the misconception that these communities are mostly driven by agriculture. Jessica was a top recruiter for years before starting her own workforce development company with a focus on rural areas. Her insights were eye-opening: contrary to popular belief, only 1 in 10 jobs in rural America are related to agriculture. That’s right—90% of rural jobs are in fields like healthcare, manufacturing, education, and tech (USDA Economic Research Service). This conversation made me realize that great employees can be found in places we don’t always think to look. For companies struggling to find talent, there’s untapped potential in rural communities. Want to hear more about Jessica's journey and the untapped opportunities in rural America? Catch the full episode of The Growth Game on YouTube and discover how rural communities are transforming the workforce landscape. I guarantee you walk away from the discussion with a fresh perspective! #WorkforceDevelopment #RuralOpportunities #HiringStrategy
