🔆 Friday Job Summary 🔆 I haven't done one of these in a while, so I wanted to do a little post with all of the roles I am working at the minute 💄 Senior NPD Manager - London (Hybrid) - Up to £70,000 This role will lead on the creative process of new product development from concept to launch. It will conduct market research, analyse trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate products that align with brand strategy and consumer needs. It will also manage timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Development Chemist - South East Region - Up to £40,000🧪 Will be responsible for formulating and testing new products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Collaborate with clients to develop formulas, conduct stability and efficacy testing, and ensure compliance with industry regulations! Product Manager - Remote - Up to £40,000 💄 This role will be responsible for overseeing all product information, managing existing NPD, and supporting regulatory compliance. This role requires a highly organised individual with strong technical expertise to ensure product excellence and adherence to industry standards! They are ideally looking for someone with experience in the Food Industry / Supplements! Sales Representative - Remote - Open Salary 💄 This role will be to support the sales team by re-engaging past clients through outbound calls, reintroducing the products and services, and identifying new collaboration opportunities. They are looking for someone who can speak fluent English as well as an additional European Language and has expereince in the beauty industry! 💄 Regulatory Officer - Open Salary - Germany (Relocation) For this role they are looking for someone who is willing to relocate to the beautiful Austria who will be responsible for ensuring all compliance with industry regulations, managing regulatory submissions, and contributing to the success of their beauty and personal care products, mainly focusing on the European market!
