Ecommerce Marketing Specialist | Speaking kind words, having a good heart, and doing good things

Today I came across some online stores with huge storewide sale. To my surprise, they only advertised the sale on homepage. Here's the thing: what if a visitor lands on a specific collection or product page? How would they know your store is offering good discounts? 🤷♀️ This is an enormous missed opportunity. My rule of thumb to maximize sales and capture every shopper's attention: Highlight sale everywhere on website. We normally use hero banners for category pages, strikethrough prices and sale tags -- you can also try what ever suits your brand: top bar, popup, bubble… Sale season is on now, and consumers have so many options. Make sure your sale is un-missable. #bfcm #ecommercemarketing

Not just with sales but with any key messaging you need to show it at the correct places and not just one page.

There is a reason we have the pop of feature. Use them wisely. Especially on landing pages and if you are running any huge or any discounts for that matter, put it out there for pop ups. - place them strategically - they should not be annoyingly ample in number - they should not miss out of the sight either

Not reminding them to make the most of this time is such a missed opportunity indeed Lavender Nguyen.
