We juggle those resources in this dynamic environment and allocate where we can. We have state of the art facilities, focus on patient experience, quality councils and patient centered environments. While all of these are great let’s not forgot our most valuable resource, our bedside staff! The staff at the bedside drive our patient experience. Even in a hospital with an older building and no specialty, patient experience can be top notch if you have invested bedside staff. Ask yourself today. How valuable is your bedside staff to you?
