🌟 From Bottleneck to Breakthrough: Unlocking OSB Production Potential with an Innovative Drying Solution🌟
A leading manufacturer of wood-based materials faced a bottleneck in their OSB production line, struggling to reduce OSB strands from 50% to 2% moisture content. The existing dryer couldn't keep up, limiting production capacity and efficiency.
STELA provided a game-changing solution: a double-stack dryer BTU system utilizing waste heat from the resin plant. This innovative approach not only pre-dries strands, increasing overall efficiency, but also significantly boosts production capacity while promoting sustainability.

Dye Removal Gets a Big Boost! New Research Shows Promise for Cleaner Water
My colleagues and I have just put out a research paper that will excite those interested in clean water. It is titled "Thermally curled g-CN fibers for the simultaneous removal of Rhodamine B, Methylene blue, and Methyl orange from the ternary dye mixture," which presents a fresh approach to getting rid of toxic dyes in industrial wastewater.
The study addresses a critical environmental issue. Rhodamine B, Methylene blue, and Methyl orange are some examples of common dyes contaminating wastewater from industries. In conclusion, our results show that thermally curled g-CN fibers can be used to effectively harvest and eliminate these substances. This marks a big stride towards sustainable and efficient waste treatment. I am excited about how it will improve future cleanliness and health if you are ready to change the world.

This Global Love Day, celebrate great chemistry that lasts forever – love. Not bad chemistry that no one loves – forever chemicals, like PFAS.
At Allonnia, we strive for perfect chemistry too. We’re on a mission to remove PFAS from contaminated water with a naturally elegant solution called SAFF® (Surface Active Foam Fractionation). Manufactured by EPOC Enviro, SAFF is a precisely engineered, patent-pending system that separates PFAS molecules from contaminated water sources, transforming them into a destruction-ready, hyper-concentrate using just air.
