It feels like change is coming… I’ve noticed a trend recently in the briefs we’ve been receiving from rights-holders & broadcasters. “Fan Engagement” has finally started to become a meaningful part of briefs. And not just for vanity metrics. It’s a noticeable shift in priorities, particularly with live content and sports rights-holders, where the opportunity for active two way involvement of fans is key.
