Empowering Freshers: A Lesson Learned at the Bruhat Udayoga Mela - Job Fair Mela at Bangalore organized by KSDC- Karnataka Government Recently, I had the opportunity to represent my company Infosys Limited at the job fair mela in Bangalore, special thanks to Varadharaj V (Vardha) Sir, Ashwini Nasi and vinod relekar Sir for the helping me in this event. What I witnessed there, left a profound impact on me. Among the sea of eager freshers vying for employment opportunities, there were many who had been idle for three-four long years, struggling to secure a job. As a HR recruiter at Infosys, my heart went out to these individuals facing such daunting challenges.
