The most effective way for me has been hiring Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs). 💯 My MVAs provide me and my office-based team members support that we can always count on. They took over so many day-to-day tasks that would otherwise overwhelm my office-based staff. With the MVAs, I hit two birds with one stone; (1) happier patients, and (2) happier, more focused team members. Hiring remotely has its perks and downsides, but over the years, I have been able to create a solid process of hiring the right people who are here to stay.
