It may be time to clarify what "entry-level" truly means. As a salesperson in staffing and recruiting, postings like this often create confusion when a role is marked as entry-level, but has previous experience under requirements. I can't imagine how this makes the applicant feel. Unfortunately, this is something that I see fairly often, and it makes me wonder how the company is defining "entry-level".
