Happy International Women's Day! My role as a female founder and CEO has been the most challenging and rewarding role of my life. At LeadCoverage, we have always been a majority women team, and it's a point of pride, though I don't share that specific data point often. Today, I'm overwhelmed with pride to celebrate this day with the incredible professional women I employ, have employed, created jobs with, done deals with, mentored, been mentored by, and have come to call dear friends. As women, let's always celebrate our wins, but also as strong, capable professionals in our own right, regardless of gender.
