While the notion of treating people well is ideal and often espoused, it remains a rare practice in reality. Consequently, it does not constitute a guaranteed formula for success. I think we need to go a bit further and treat staff how THEY would like to be treated. Everyone comes with their own unique lived experiences and worldviews. How you would want to be treated may not align with how your staff would want to be treated. Instead, open a dialogue with staff and seek to know what their values are. I think this will help create a company culture that is built on authenticity, understanding, and empathy.

In this world of technology and competition employee retention has gradually become the biggest area of concern, the golden rule was replaced with platinum rule, I would call this organisation health rule, which is impossible without care for the feelings and emotions, Culture is the unique way that your organization lives out its company purpose and delivers on its brand promise to customers. For this reason, a strong corporate culture functions as a differentiator in the marketplace. It is the special way you attract customers, retain them and turn them into brand advocates.
