Great leaders understand that their role is to serve and support their team members. They prioritize the needs and growth of their team, recognizing that their success is intricately tied to the success and well-being of the individuals they lead. On the other hand, average leaders often operate with the mindset that their team exists primarily to serve their own objectives, focusing more on what the team can do for them rather than what they can do for the team. Inspire your team with our Amazon bestseller, “Unlock the Hidden Leader: Become The Leader You Were Destined To Be.” This book has already transformed countless leaders; now it’s your turn. As the coach puts the tools in place for their team to be successful, it is imperative that any leader in any business, sport, etc. work harder than their team to ensure that they have absolutely everything the need to succeed at the highest level. You can have the greatest team in the world, but if you transpose the leadership role, your team will never achieve greatness. Team before leader... ALWAYS.

The purpose of individuals in the Team should be communicated Transparently. Hourly difference of input and expected output to be communicated so that problems can be located and action be taken to solve the problem. Reward the ideas of person helping to solve the problem.
