Amazing, please check out this new website and resource! Collegiate Recovery Programmes, or CRPs, are designed to support students and staff who strive for recovery from substance use, alcohol, or behavioural addictions, while achieving success in higher education. CRPs create environments within existing campus cultures, and wellbeing programmes, where people in recovery feel safe, supported and valued. Research from the 150+ CRPs in the United States has found that CRPs contribute to both successful recovery from addiction, and improved academic outcomes when compared to the general student population. While CRPs are often different from university to university, these predominantly peer-led programmes include features such as recovery-friendly events, spaces and accommodation, opportunities to challenge addiction-related stigma, and enhance the scope of existing student wellbeing and support services Zoe Faragher-Thomas Victoria Seed Lucinda Jenkins Johnny Graaff Rupert Syme John Elford John McKeown Paul Flynn Johan Sorensen Jaz Dalrymple Deirdre Boyd Lee FitzGerald Talitha Fosh MBACP FDAP Tanya Haynes James Hitchen Richard Coltart Richard Turrell Seán Wood Start2Stop

Sharing the experience of 2nd MUN✨, for the first time at RK University ⛩️ I attended MUN for the 2nd time and it was quite good than my 1st MUN but from the first MUN too I got many learnings. 🗝 On Day 1, I was confident as it was my second experience but it got a little twist. My compared expectations of 1st with 2nd MUN didn't match. There was no debate like a fight, very few motions were getting raised as many of them were first timers, no motions were getting pass, no twists in debate, it was like just a cold meeting going on. So on the first day there was not much to say, I gave two GSL speeches. Nothing else and I was not satisfied with that at all!⛓️ And this time I socialized so well but not in socials. After getting to my place in the evening I journaled abt the day and not so satisfied experience. I decided not to have regrets for the next day. So I prepared some points and got myself the courage to just speak up! On Day 2 it was all the same in the starting of the day but slowly it became interesting because on Day 1 it was a cold meeting room as no one had points to speak up and most of them were boarders who didn't have any source to research, but still they came with little good preparation. On that day the courage to speak up worked I gave one more GSL, raised two motions, and 2-3 speeches. Debates were improving and enjoyed it a bit more when someone came as a guest delegate. It can't be said, it was best or satisfied. But yes it was better than the last day. There was improvement.⚖️ When you experience anything, you always get something from that. That thing could be anything Lesson, memory, friend, satisfaction, hobby, addiction, and many more... If you go to such places like events, workshops, etc. you have more chances to get good things as there you can meet and engage yourself with the people with the same passion as yours. 📸 MUNs aren't just about resolutions; they're about building relationships, honing skills, and expanding horizons. Instead of scrolling through endless feeds, I encourage everyone to explore these enriching experiences. Let's embrace the power of real-life connections and meaningful discussions.🎥 When you like something so badly but are not able to do it, explore it more deeper.❤

Louisiana State University Head Coach Brian Kelly is sounding the alarm on the evolving NIL landscape in college football. Despite securing a top-10 recruiting class, LSU lost key prospects to higher NIL offers from competing programs. Kelly highlighted the critical need for increased donor participation to remain competitive, emphasizing that recruiting now often hinges on financial support rather than traditional factors like relationships or academic fit. This is a pivotal moment for programs to align their resources with the realities of NIL-driven recruiting. #NIL #collegesports #sportsbusiness #collegerecruit #cfb #collegefootball

Mentoring early career professionals is a favorite activity that CGI encourages me to do. I especially like working with the James Madison University students that are part of the Ole School Alumni Scholarship Group, which recruits first generation college kids, helps them complete their degree and enter the professional workforce. This video highlights their accomplishments and highlights the benefits to companies for working with Ole Schools' students. #LifeatCGI #diversity Nora N.
