As we reflected on the top 5 most downloaded episodes of The Unstuck Church Podcast the year, some common themes stuck out: developing a leadership team and empowering the next generation of leaders. We were not entirely surprised… After all, we know that leadership development is a strong felt need for churches in this season. Many pastors are reaching the age of retirement and succession, yet they’re telling us that it’s a struggle to find qualified, willing leaders to step up and take their place. https://lnkd.in/gDw4pgiC #churchleadership #churchleaders #churchpodcast #leadershippodcast #leadershipdevelopment #nextgenleaders

Too many of us try to be like someone else, and it’s killing our leadership. You aren’t made to know it all and to be able to do it all…but you were made to lead for such a time as this. So…know your purpose, strengths, and beliefs about leadership, and start bringing what only you can bring to the role. Remember, you can be intentional in finding others that can bring the rest of skills that are missing. One of the most powerful lessons I've learned from therapy is that everything in life has endings. Nothing is permanent; everything is temporary. When I launched the "Motivation for Regular People" podcast last February, my goal was to make motivation accessible to everyone. I realized that motivation isn’t an exclusive trait but a superpower we all can harness. I still passionately believe in this message. However, with Clear Path Leadership's recent growth, it’s become evident that I need to address a different audience. Today's episode marks the final installment of the "Motivation for Regular People" podcast in its current form. Over the next few weeks, we will transition to the "Clear Path Leadership" podcast. I am excited to create a dedicated space to discuss the unique challenges young leaders face and explore how we can build confidence, boost productivity, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose. As a fellow young leader, I understand the obstacles we face and see the tremendous opportunities to serve our organizations and impact our communities. I can't wait to go on this journey together! In the meantime, enjoy the final episode of "Motivation for Regular People" and stay tuned for the upcoming "Clear Path Leadership" podcast in the same feed. Make sure to subscribe to stay connected!
