No one can guide you better in creating your path than yourself! Listen to your intuition, it never deceives you. It seems uncomfortable because you have no reference but with each step everything seems more and more obvious to you when you trust the whisper of life which expresses itself through your intuition. Trust yourself completely, take the risk of deviating from established standards, it’s the best decision that each of us can make! Your path does not exist so no one knows it and only you can align yourself! You are in the unknown and the void, both full of life! Everything life can offer is there! It is an infinite space in constant change and change is the only norm. Each of us must get off the beaten track which leads all, without exception, into the same dead end which ends with the wall of conditioning that we have all undergone. It is work that is done alone in harmony with the heart that beats within each of us! You are unique and therefore incomparable. You only have one way and it's yours, no one else has access to it! Listen to what comes from inside, the beat of your heart to the rhythm of life, your life!

Depends how shallow of a person you are spiritually: whether you have been born again. I remember fallen heros like Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. I remember my grandmother who passed away several years ago. Both of my grandfathers come to memory, one of whom died very recently. Once you understand that death is just a screen you start to think differently about it. I recommend watching near death experiences on YouTube as an educational experience. We should live in a way that enriches the lives of others. Then we will never be forgotten.

Whatever you do, do it because you believe it's the right thing to do. Doing things for the only purpose of impressing people is maybe not the right way.

I learned that about 15 years ago when my wife died and was reminded again 10 years ago when my mom died. A good reminder on how true this is is when you go to someone’s funeral and you know the amount of people that knew them, family and friends and you see who actually showed up, indicating how easily they’ve been forgotten. I read something a while back about this subject where it said people will remember you today, tomorrow, next month, next year but as time goes by remembering you will be forgotten. Years will pass and grand kids will remember some of you and then their kids will see pictures of you but by the time the next generation comes along you’ll be nothing more that a thought if you’re even thought about. Within 3 generations you will be forgotten about no matter what great things you did or stood for. So live your life and impress yourself, no one else really does care. 🤷

I don’t necessarily agree that people quickly forget. Go to a funeral and watch and listen to all the nice things that everyone says. However, only a few people - usually those at the front - say these nice things to their loved one when they’re still with us. Grief stays with us for a while, then it eases and then bang - one day it hits you again and again and again, for no apparent reason. You think it gets easier over time, but in some cases, like with Parents and Children, it never really goes away. But for some, maybe it’s true - maybe the best way to impress people is to stop living. Food for thought ...

True, people’s memories are fleeting, and time eventually erases most traces of our existence. But rather than focusing on impressing others, the key is to live meaningfully for yourself and those closest to you. Make decisions based on your own values and passions—leave behind something more lasting than just a fleeting impression. Live with purpose, not for applause.

That quote reflects a deep truth about the fleeting nature of people's memories and the importance of focusing on what truly matters in life. Instead of seeking approval or trying to impress others, it suggests prioritizing actions and values that have lasting significance and personal meaning. Life is too short to waste on superficial pursuits.

Well, yes.. person who is dead... Is dead.. in the course of time they will be forgotten... But we are still alive... Sometimes it is necessary to impress people to get the work done. Ok.. in the present scenario... We cannot think of future and sacrifice the present... Past is past... Live in the present... And hope for the good future. Ok..

In the real world I have seen more admiration for dead persons than when they were alive. Social media exposes this more and more each day. Live your life being yourself the best way you know how to. You do not need anyone else's approval to be yourself and to live your live.
