These are all great attributes. In recent experience, I have seen a lack or know-how of being results-oriented and taking initiative. I haven't found data to support my next statement; however, with our current economy worldwide being so volatile and the need to do more with less (historic layoffs) I am curious if HR is so overwhelmed that they cant pull themselves out and focus on results and take initiative, which is directly impacting their teams and the businesses.
