Always include the following essential details in your job postings: 1. Salary Range: Provide a clear salary range to set expectations and attract candidates who are a good fit for your budget and stop asking people to give their salary expectations. 2. Approximate Location of Office: Mention the office location and if the position is: on-site or hybrid, or if is remote. This helps candidates understand the commute or relocation requirements. Remember, cities like Toronto are very big and depending on location it can determine the mode of transportation (Car, TTC, GO-train) opening possibilities for people that are further away. 3. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Clearly outline the key tasks and responsibilities associated with the role. This helps candidates assess if they have the right skills and interests for the position. Do not list all responsibilities that could eventually have. 4.
