"This month, for the Employee of the Month, we nominated a whole group of employees for their work out in the field during the snow storm. They had great attitudes and came in every day just ready to go." -Manager Jason K. "This group of individuals went above and beyond throughout the snow storm. Their was a smaller group, in my truck, and we saw a lady go into a ditch. We pulled over, the guys hopped out of the truck right away. We were able to push her out and get her on her way super quickly and safely. What a week! Spent an amazing couple of days with Nick and GREGORY SEREVETAS at USA General Contractors Corp in New Jersey. We usually dive into service stuff, but this time we shook things up, tackling their Production Department first. We mapped out how projects flow through their business and started on the SOPs to keep things smooth. It was a cool change of pace! Day two, we were back in our comfort zone, digging into the Service Department. We got down to the nitty-gritty of team roles, cleaned up the organization, and scoped out who else we need to bring on board to really kick things up a notch. And here I am on Friday night, still catching up, powered by a coffee in my USA General Contractors Corp. mug. This mug’s not just a caffeine boost—it’s a little reminder of all the great work we did and the solid partnership we’ve built. Chris does a great job explaining how safety doesn't have to hinder productivity. Dunninck's Safety program also ties in with their other Core Values such as - Teamwork - Continuous Improvement - Productivity - Employees being Valued When employees feel safe, they are less stressed. This leads to increased morale, motivation, & camaraderie. By making safety habitual, they limit dangerous situations which lead to jobsite incidents.
