Here are a few #techniques I use to save time and boost productivity: 🔕 Turn Off Notifications: I keep all notifications off on my devices. This simple step ensures that no random ping can divert my attention from the task at hand. It’s amazing how much uninterrupted time you gain when your phone isn’t constantly buzzing. 📵 Keep Your Phone Out of Sight: Out of sight, out of mind. By keeping my phone in another room or at least out of my direct line of sight, I minimize the temptation to check it. This helps me stay immersed in my work without the constant urge to scroll through social media or check messages. 🛠️ Use the 'Unhook' Browser Extension: One of my favorite tools is the 'Unhook' browser extension. It helps me clear all the videos and blank the screen so that I only watch what I really intended to. No more falling into the rabbit hole of endless video recommendations or binge-watching unnecessary content. 💡 Additional Tips: 1. Set Specific Goals: Define clear and achievable goals for each work session. This helps maintain focus and provides a sense of accomplishment. 2. Take Scheduled Breaks: Rather than allowing distractions to dictate my breaks, I schedule them. This helps in maintaining high productivity levels and prevents burnout. 3.
