It reminds us to appreciate the journey, stay motivated, and recognize our progress. So, let's remind ourselves to take a moment and acknowledge our own small wins. Today was completely booked with 30-minute sessions for our Inside Sales team—and what a day it was! The grit, persistence, and determination I witnessed made me smile BIG. On top of that, I saw an incredible amount of appreciation and gratitude. At Harrow, we believe in investing in our people, and I am grateful to be part of that. Now, I’ll be the first to say I don’t know it all—far from it! In fact, I learned some things from this talented group today! Walking to my car at the end of the day, I couldn’t help but smile. Someone once gave me the same advice I shared during these sessions—whether it was bouncing ideas or answering, “How can I do this better?” Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. Yes, I feel like I work a lot, but it doesn’t feel like work when you’re helping others grow—just as so many people have helped (and continue to help) me along the way.
