Apply here: https://lnkd.in/gdCW3T8Z As GameChanger’s Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the internal technical go-to for a fast growing technology company. In this role you will be responsible for incoming technical support requests and projects such as diagnosing and resolving technical issues, access requests, providing in person and virtual assistance, support software/hardware installation and configuration and more. You will ensure that technology systems function smoothly and that the GameChanger team is able to effectively utilize them to meet their needs. You will act as a bridge between users and the technical team at GameChanger and DICK’S Sporting Goods, helping to facilitate communication and problem resolution. You will work out of our Manhattan office 2-3 days a week and report to our IT Manager, the incredible Jovan G. Needs for this role: 💻 2+ Years of experience in IT support within start-up environments, particularly with Mac, Google Services and Chrome OS users. ⌨ Strong admin experience managing Google, Okta and macOS environments. (Okta is a must!) 💽 Experience in device management platforms. 🖥 Strong communication and problem solving skills.
