Great point, Leah! 🚀 Time to fill is key but let's not forget it's a fine line between fast and hasty. Rushing can land you a quick hire but might miss out on a great fit. Seen it happen too many times! 😅 Agencies that nail the balance between speedy and meticulous are gold. Ever thought about how tweaking the job description or improving interview techniques could shave off some unnecessary waiting without sacrificing candidate quality? Worth exploring!
