However, choice locations are garnering a lot of attention from separate accounts, REITs and funds. - Exchange and private capital continues to be active. - There is limited interest in older vintage value-add assets, and most activity is around 2000 and newer assets. - Shovel-ready development continues to be a challenge, but we are beginning to see interest from capital for prime locations and lower-density options.
