Employee Appreciation Day is coming up on Friday, March 1st! My best tip for making the day meaningful for your team members? 🤔 Individualization goes a loooonnggggg way. Add a touch of personalization to your recognition and watch its impact. 🙋🏼♀️ (Also, though, let's build workplaces where recognition is a natural rhythm and not just something that happens on Employee Appreciation Day. 👌🏼) ... #employeeappreciationday #employeerecognition #employeeexperience #individualization

An underrated but valuable thing one of my best leaders did was keep and maintain a 'Favorite Things' list for everyone on the team. Doing so allowed her to ensure that any time there was a gesture or token of appreciation or gratitude, it was specifically for each person on the team and already something they would like. Original idea? No, not really. Impactful and memorable, absolutely.
