Here is my secret reason why I think EVERYONE should build an AI bot with generative AI. Even if you think you aren't a builder, think you aren't technical, or think someone else will do it. When you build, you learn. Creating a conversational application with an AI Model/LLM allows you to see how conversations work, how the LLM is impacted by certain words or phrases and the importance of safety systems and AI Red Teaming. You will likely be one of 2 people in this world. You will either be a builder of technology that uses AI OR You will be consumer of technology that uses AI. Either way, learning this fundamental skill will open your eyes to how these systems work, why they aren't magic and how very far away we are from AGI 😁 We recently launched a new Live Learning Lab at the AI Leadership Institute that allows you to see how you can build a conversational app responsibly. This technology is so powerful, and as many entrepreneurs, CEOs and their teams are starting to get educated on the foundations of generative AI, LLMs (and some on AI Agents)--there is nothing like playing with the tech to start to better understand the possibilities.
