Project Update: Ysgol Gynradd Aberporth Wrapping up our first week onsite at Ysgol Gynradd Aberporth project! LEB Construction is enhancing the school's thermal efficiency with cutting-edge thermally broken curtain walling. 👷♂️ Our skilled team has achieved remarkable progress, especially with the completion of the main school flat roof renewal using the advanced Rubberbond Fleeceback EPDM Single Ply Membrane system. In just five days on-site, we've covered 350m2, incorporating a comprehensive system buildup of 18mm OSB TG4 sheeting, AVCL, Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 Insulation fully adhered and mechanically fixed, followed by the Rubberbond Fleeeceback EPDM Single Ply Membrane for optimal performance. We also welcomed the client's Project Coordinator and Architect to the site yesterday.
