Been eye-opening to see this come together. Have heard a lot across the staffing industry about candidate acquisition being expensive, job board costs rising, etc. There are several ways to tackle the problem. One thing is for sure though, not contacting the "ideal candidate" at all or taking the average 76 hours to reach them is not gonna get the job done. Lot of great info in this report.
