Did you know that working from home, full or part time, may be a permanent change for many?
Businesses have found, much to their surprise, that employee productivity has actually increased with people working from home (instead of the previous irrational fear that they would not be able to count on people working instead of just taking advantage of the system). Also - the cost of business has gone down - smaller office spaces, reduced bandwidth cost for internet in those spaces, reduced costs for in-office perks, reduced parking fees, etc.
What are some of the things that you like to use to stay productive?

I believe that hybrid model is the best of both worlds,
For employees : you get the benefits pf working from home for most of the week however you get to see people and get out which is good for both physical and mental health and you save money and time for most of the week, you get immediate support and get to know your team and build connections with them
For companies :
1- Saves cost as you can have a place that only take half of the employees and rotate the office days effectively so you don't need to rent a bigger place as your company grow, also you save half of your utilities costs, electricity, coffee, toilet papers, buses if you provide transportation
2-Allow you to have engaging face to face activities which makes your team stronger
3- reduces attrition compared to full on site as people also consider commuting cost and time before accepting an offer
4- Allow you to have close supervision when needed for employees with improvement needed which is a pro against remote only

I believe that one of best advantages of a hybrid work schedule is an increased experience of work-life balance. When employees are afforde the time and flexibility to do what matters most, they are happier employees.
The hybrid model also helps employers to benefit from the pros of both the Work in Office and Work from Home models.

Ultimately, the choice between working from the office and working from home depends on personal preferences, job requirements, and the specific circumstances of each individual and the organization itself if it adopts either of them, However, from my own perspective I will encourage a "hybrid system" to balance both😀 👍 .
