How will you know if your people “get it”? At Disney, the second major place I focused my time, energy, and attention was training and development of our people. The biggest piece of this that most companies miss is that training is only half of the equation. After training your people you must enforce your training. This comes down to have clearly defined standards, and holding people accountable to those standards every single day. Stop practicing on your customers, and start testing your people internally.
