**Disappointed with Samsung's Service**
I recently faced a frustrating experience with my 650-liter Samsung refrigerator. After 6 years of use, the compressor started malfunctioning. Since the warranty on the compressor is for 10 years, I naturally expected a smooth repair process.
However, when the service center representative visited my home, they refused to replace the compressor, claiming that the refrigerator had been repaired outside of their authorized service centers. This was shocking, as no customer would repair a product outside if it's still under warranty.
To make matters worse, the service center representative demanded ₹4,000 as an advance payment, which I find to be an unethical practice. This entire experience raises serious concerns about the quality of Samsung’s products and their customer service.
Is the factory assembling non-standard products, or could there have been a part change at the retailer level? I purchased this refrigerator from a Reliance store, so it’s alarming to think that parts might have been altered before the sale.
Guys, beware when buying products from Reliance stores and Samsung. Is this the standard of service and product quality that we should accept?
