Over 25 years working within Cellular & Radio communications for M2M, IoT, and mission-critical Data. I'll tell you what no one else will, what you really need to know, and the things to avoid with your IoT Connectivity.

Niches… The world of #IoT #connectivity is full of them! The many requirements of customers in regard to their connectivity needs have demanded an industry where options are numerous. However, this has led to customer confusion where the right choices are blurred, making it hard to determine what’s best. As a #sales professional, it disappoints me that customers are still being provided connectivity solutions that are just “ok” or that “will suffice for now” when they should be getting solutions that allow them to grow and flourish. It’s vital for us as #MNO’s and #MVNO’s to ensure we offer the right solutions, even if it means recommending that of a competitor, for the benefit of our customers. Let’s stop selling substandard offerings and work together to provide the best solutions for our customers. There is enough business for everyone if we collaborate and focus on delivering top-notch services. It’s time to stop forcing customers to accept solutions that don’t fully meet their needs. Let’s work within our niches and ensure our customers receive more than just a “making do” service. As connectivity players, let’s stay in our lanes, work together, and elevate the industry to provide customers with services that truly meet their needs. Who’s with me?

Strong opinion! Been to the same situation multiple times and agree with the fact that Sellers focusing on less on the adequate solution more with cheaper options which will cost more clients in future ..
