📣 Every year, on April 28, people around the world come together to celebrate the World Day for Safety and Health at Work. This special day is dedicated to increasing awareness and providing education on the significance of creating safe, healthy, and conducive working environments. 🏢 At Lefebvre, the safety of our team is our top priority. Like many companies, we start the day on a safety note by providing our crews with a toolbox talk. This toolbox talk is conducted by our supervision, and we encourage everyone to contribute to discussing and encouraging our team members to: 🔍 Be vigilant and proactive in identifying and reporting hazards they come across. 🛡 Emphasise the importance of wearing the appropriate PPE for specific tasks. 📚 Review our safe working procedures and protocols and highlight any changes or updates. 🚨 Encourage the reporting of any incidents, accidents, or near misses and emphasize the importance of learning from these incidents to prevent any future occurrences. 🚧 Familiarise us with emergency procedures and evacuation plans, including exit routes, assembly points, and roles and responsibilities during an emergency situation. 💪 Raise awareness about maintaining good health and well-being in the workplace and at home. 🤝 Remember, safety is everyone's business and cannot exist without everyone's involvement. We would like to take this opportunity on April 28 to thank everyone on our team for their commitment! #WorldDayforSafetyandHealthatWork #SafetyFirst #LefebvreTeam #SafetyCulture

In any workplace, safety should be a top priority. Accidents and injuries not only harm workers but can also result in lost productivity, increased costs, and damage to a company’s reputation. One effective way to promote safety in the workplace is through toolbox talks. Toolbox talks are short, informal safety meetings that allow workers and supervisors to discuss specific safety topics and identify potential hazards. #noiaaltd #safetytraining
