There are few things in life that disappoint customers as much as missing a delivery. Unless you’re a 90s baby of course, who grew up listening to Oasis throughout your heyday, and missed out on tickets this weekend to see your favourite band to someone who can’t name a single hit outside of Wonderwall and Wonderwall (Live at Knebworth), or a bot that fancied making a quick 5x on their investment. You’re probably crying your heart out… it happens to the best of us, and we’re as gutted that you missed out as you are. We can, however, ensure that your customers don’t feel the disappointment of missing out (yet again), by increasing the chances of them receiving their order on time through proactive Delivery Tracking and Delivery Notifications that, unlike ticket websites this weekend, actually work. We can put the ‘deliver’ in ‘delivery’. Shame we can’t deliver tickets to see the reunion of a lifetime though. Roll With It.

𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗲! Its really amazing the shift in how we do business since Covid, and while I still may complain about it, deep down I know its for the better. Over the last 5 days, Erie PA has seen a really amazing amount of snow, even for us. To put the amount of snow we got into perspective, Erie averages just over 100 inches of snow a year, we are about half of that total already as most places in Erie County received over 50 inches. We also broke the all time one day snowfall today with over 2 feet on Black Friday. In 2019 (pre-covid) this would have been what we called at Expivia a "red event". A red event is where we get a group of pre-paid uber drivers, vans that we rent, and even me personally picking up agents to try to help everyone get to work on prem. Now...none of that. We didnt miss a beat at all. Black Friday we had only 4% call offs, under 10% for Sat, Sun, and Monday (cyber monday was only 7%). With the vast majority of our staff worikgin from home, they were able to get paid, and we were able to be business as usual. Our OttoQa team meeting still happened, and for clients, no one was the wiser that we were having a crazy snow event. Well I am back in the office today, (only 3 of us here today) as I prefer to be here. Really proud of what we pulled off these past 5 days. Its crazy how good our Expivia and OttoQa teams are!!! #callcenter #contactcenter #callcentergeek #snow
