Make it easy for everyone by offering options that suit their preferences. 4️⃣ Automate Confirmations and Reminders Send automatic emails or texts to confirm appointments and remind patients closer to the date. On November 1, 2024 new and existing clients will have the opportunity to select care through Concierge Therapy. Concierge therapy requires a minimum 3 month commitment with a $1000 non refundable retainer deposit to establish concierge services. Concierge services are available 24/7. Concierge clients pay a flat monthly retainer fee of $2500 on or before the 1st day of each month. Concierge treatment guarantees a provider has dedicated availability to a client for at least 5 hours a week. Sessions are not restricted to a specific standing on hour appointment timeslot per week. Concierge sessions are conducted through Zoom Healthcare and telephone. Appointments are available outside of standard business hours. Same day appointment requests are prioritized. Clients are provided with a specific HIPPA compliant email address, separate confidential office number to contact their provider, access to a dedicated encrypted text messaging platform to communicate with their provider throughout the week during daytime, evening, weekend, and some holidays. Therapists will reply to communication within 3 hours under standard conditions. Sessions are extended as needed and not restricted to one hour. Concierge therapy is not covered by insurance. Availability of concierge therapy is on a limited basis due to the level of time investment required by the practice.We currently have a 2 month waiting list for clients seeking to start concierge therapy services. Statistics show 50% of employees do not use their health insurance. Of the remaining 50%, 80% of their claims are for $1300 each year per the Kaiser Family Foundation. Despite employer's best efforts, many employees aren't aware of what benefits they have. Per the attached article, many employees forego health screenings that are mostly done at no charge due to logistical reasons. However, this could mean a critical condition may not be discovered until the person has symptoms. In the case of many cancers, symptoms being present may mean it's already too late. Be proactive in your preventive health care! It may save your life. Schedule time off when needed, but don't let a whole year go by without getting a health assessment or other vital test. There isn't an employer in the world that won't give you time off to see your doctor. And if there is, maybe you're with the wrong employer.
