The main thing that drew me to legal innovators was the whole model about having a support system and training junior attorneys before their cast out into the world. You know, starting to represent clients and working on projects Definitely. You know, I learned a lot in law school, but I definitely didn't feel at the end of law school that I was just ready to be completely on my own. And I really appreciated the fact that legal innovators model is all about creating that support system to make sure that a junior attorney. Succeeds. So I remember reading through the application process, going to the website, doing a lot of background research on legal innovators and learning about the whole training process. You you take the whole month of October to do different types of training from transactional to litigation to in-house learning all about different types of careers that you can have. I feel like we needed to have those classes in law school and they didn't provide those types of classes for us. You know you read a lot of cases and you learn a lot of. Ways to be able to think about the law, but not a lot of practical skills to go out into the world and be an effective and good attorney. So I I was really attracted to that model from the beginning.
