🌟 Meet Our Trainers for the ISAS Skyline Workshop (April 7 - 10, 2025) 🌟 📅 Save the Date: Details & Registration We’re thrilled to introduce another of our esteemed trainers, Noortje de Haan! About Noortje de Haan: As an Assistant Professor at the Center for Proteomics and Metabolomics (CPM) at the LUMC, Noortje leads the innovative Tissue Glycomics group. Her passion lies in advancing analytical, mass spectrometry-based techniques to study glycans—complex carbohydrate structures that coat all human cells—and their crucial roles in human (patho)physiology. Glycans captivate Noortje due to their unparalleled chemical complexity and their profound implications in areas like immunology, regenerative medicine, virology, and oncology. This interdisciplinary focus inspires her to combine glycobiology with cutting-edge mass spectrometry techniques to uncover and harness the unique roles of glycoproteins in health and disease. In her lab, Noortje and her team employ advanced technologies such as nano liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (nanoLC-MS) and mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) to push the boundaries of discovery in tissue glycomics. Join us for the opportunity to learn from Noortje and other leaders in the field at the ISAS Skyline Workshop! 🔗 Register now and be part of this cutting-edge event: https://lnkd.in/eqqF_X2e #MassSpectrometry #Proteomics #SkylineWorkshop #ISAS #Glycobiology #TissueGlycomics #ProfessionalDevelopment
