Today, we've published an evidence review, commissioned by Mission 44, exploring the barriers and solutions to achieving a more ethnically diverse teaching workforce from entry to senior leadership level.      The review highlights a variety of challenges facing teachers of colour across the teaching workforce, from a lack of preparation and support in Initial Teacher Training for the challenges of diversity and racism that teachers of colour may face, to a lack of encouragement and preconceptions linked to one's culture and/or faith acting as barriers to senior leadership and headship.    For more from this research, please visit the following links:    • Full story - https://bit.ly/3SiFZFe • Key findings - https://bit.ly/3SnefPy • Research report - https://bit.ly/3SDRoAx
