I am truly passionate about the critical aspect of onboarding in the realm of people growth. The initial phase in a new role holds immense importance for recruits, especially in remote or hybrid work setups. Research indicates that when provided with a great onboarding experience, 60 to 70% of new hires tend to stay for at least 2 to 3 years. From the traditional practice of dedicating half a day in a meeting room for onboarding, with activities like listening to the company's history, the landscape has significantly transformed into a virtual setting.
