Less is more, more often than not. We all know, budgets are tight nowadays, so if you want to gain eyeballs for your customer »simple« content may be the way to go with your adds, especially if said adds are video stories and are supposed to be shot out in rather quick succession. Rather than complex filmed action, simple animations, based on already shot photos go a long way, especially if the timing and score of a clip are designed in conjunction. In this example we have a very prominent high bell sound, complimented by the »drop« of the sneaker. Simple, but effective. Score, photos & animations by me.
