July 23, 2024 You might choose success today. You make that choice as you move through your physical life experience, and it requires you to take the next step on your evolutionary journey. We have given you a guide for years to move through this current restructuring, but each of you holds resistance, as did our messenger. It’s not about judging yourself, but about moving forward with courage and conviction. This is why we asked Roger to share his vulnerability in a video today. It’s a reminder that embracing your vulnerabilities is a sign of strength, not weakness. The message we shared with you years ago is still relevant today. It’s a reminder that the guidance you’ve received in the past is a valuable resource for your journey. July 23, 2019 Success is always a decision you make. First, you need to define what you deem to be success, for it is entirely subjective, and you each concoct your own interpretations. You could be the most successful person on the planet and have no money because you are experiencing success in the only place where that is possible: your thinking. Then, there are physical manifestations you have created in your mind that you think would cause you to feel successful. Those conditions exist right now, which is that part you and others don’t readily accept. Most of you do not realize this because you are focused on why you couldn’t do what you wanted or the obstacles in your way. When you give yourself a respite from those false beliefs, you will see success in the next step you choose to take. -Wilhelm Here’s the video: https://lnkd.in/g2GV_DU4 Wilhelm Has the Answer to Your Question – Inquire Here About Personal Channelings With Wilhelm https://lnkd.in/gcUT_cFj Join Our Free Ascension Circle Community https://lnkd.in/gj7J6HVe #rogerburnley #wilhelm #ascension #selfacceptance #selflove #success

In today's world, women have become a vital force in the workforce, contributing their skills and talents across various industries. However, the journey for women doesn't end with their professional lives. In fact, it's just the beginning of a complex web of roles and responsibilities that women gracefully navigate daily. I have found very interesting this interview of Indra Nooyi, that regardless the position, the amount of energy already spent to fullfill the professional carreer, we as women have to still cope with our family dutties. As women we can say that we are creating a future of hard working leaders who have to master the work and private life balance, we are: 1. Career Prowess: we are making significant strides in the professional world. We are doctors, engineers, lawyers, CEOs, artists, and much more. Our contributions are invaluable, shaping industries and pushing boundaries. 2. Nurturers: Many of us play a central role in nurturing our families. Not only being providers but also caregivers, ensuring that our loved ones are well-fed, healthy, and emotionally supported. This role often extends to elderly parents or relatives, in the case of Indra, she had to buy the milk because in the house she is a mother, a wife, a daughter and these duties are endless, there is no time-off. 3. Homemakers: Managing a household is no small feat. We often take charge of organizing, cleaning, cooking, and budgeting, ensuring that their homes run smoothly. We must be thankfull that we could build a support system that help us achieve more and we cannot see or do. 4. Educators: As mothers and women in the family we often take on the role of educators, instilling values, knowledge, and life skills in their children. We usually are the first teachers a child encounters. 5. Community Builders: Many of us actively participate in our communities, working on social causes, volunteering, and helping to build stronger, more inclusive societies. We must Thank YOU everyday for the endless love to our communities. 6. Emotional Support: We can often lend a compassionate ear to friends and family members in times of distress, offering emotional support and guidance. Thats a special thing we build "sisterhood" that carry us further and help us reach any path we might dream of. SISTERS THANK YOU 7. Balancing Act: Juggling these roles is a daily challenge, requiring incredible organizational and time-management skills. We often find ourselves multitasking, seamlessly transitioning from one role to another. Despite the multitude of roles we as women play, it's essential to recognize that we are not defined solely by our duties. We are individuals with dreams, aspirations, and the potential for greatness in various spheres of life. As women we must and should together inspire one another to achieve greatness as we are. GOOD DAY WOMEN -We are beautiful, special, brilliant, inteligent, smart, strong...

The pen is truly mightier than the keyboard. 🖋 Research has long indicated that writing by hand carries significant benefits over typing with a keyboard, especially when it comes learning, remembering, and creativity. In a recent study, researchers from Norway compared the effects of writing by hand versus typing on brain connectivity and learning. The results were fascinating: when participants wrote by hand, their brain connectivity increased significantly, while typing did not produce the same effect. This principle is not new; in fact, it has been practiced for centuries. Take, for example, the ancient kings of Israel who were required to copy the law by hand. Through this process, they not only memorized the law but also gained a deeper understanding of its intricacies. Similarly, modern business copywriters have used handwriting to improve their craft. By transcribing successful advertisements by hand, they internalize persuasive writing techniques and enhance their ability to communicate effectively. So, how can you leverage handwriting to enhance your learning experience? It's simple: follow the rule of writing. Whenever you need to clarify your thoughts, remember important information, or communicate clearly, take out a pen and paper. The act of writing by hand forces you to slow down and engage with the material more deeply and anticipate questions that someone else might have about the topic. This exercise not only helps you clarify your own understanding but also prompts you to think critically about the subject matter. 📝 So, the next time you're faced with a challenging concept or want to deepen your understanding of a topic, remember: don't type, write. By engaging your brain and senses through handwriting, you'll unlock new levels of learning and retention. #memorymatters #writingskills #graphology #handwritinganalysis #kolkatabuzz #personalitydevelopment

It's fantastic to see Oda Board Network invited to Arendalsuka! 🌟 It started with my frustration that it is not enough to regulate equality - instead we need a whole grid of high competence, role models and inspiration to reap the benefits of equality for companies and society! I would have not imagined that something that was just an idea will unite the amazing women that now form Oda Board Network and little would I have thought that we would be invited for a lightning talk at Arendalsuka - the largest political gathering in Norway held annually since 2012! I strongly believe that companies should recruit the the right board members for the right phase of their business. And not look at their boards as a static group of people that are there to sign papers and approve cases. Board members should be a source of relevant competence, a challenger and an innovative perspective. From January 1, 2024, there is a requirement for gender balance in Norwegian AS (limited liability company) boards. The legislation covers about 8,000 companies in 2024 and will be expanded annually. Numerous companies will have to make changes in their board composition, and Norwegian companies will have to recruit almost 13,000 new board members by 2028. Let's ensure that those board seats are not just for females but help Norwegian companies prepare for their next growth phase. This is of the interest of all Norwegian citizens as it will create more work spaces and set Norwegian companies as world-class growth organizations ODA-Nettverk Kristine Hofer NæssMartine ArvesenEkaterina YurchenkoMaiken Danielsen Mandal Hanne Ek #arendalsuka #arendal #equality #boardmembers #likestilling #næringslivet #styret

Let’s Talk About Death | Rochelle Martin | TEDxKingStWomen The speaker, Rochelle Martin, urges the audience to confront the taboo topic of death. She explores cultural practices worldwide and the varying attitudes towards mortality. The demographic shift towards an aging population in Canada is discussed, along with statistics on end-of-life care preferences. The common scenario of dying in a hospital and the post-death embalming process are described. Martin emphasizes the missed opportunities for better end-of-life choices. The talk serves as a poignant reminder to rethink our approach to death and end-of-life care. Rochelle Martin’s powerful message encourages a shift in how we approach death, advocating for more personalized, compassionate, and environmentally friendly end-of-life practices. By contemplating mortality, discussing preferences, educating others, and choosing eco-conscious funeral options, we can create a more meaningful and sustainable approach to dying and death care. Embracing these changes can lead to a more compassionate cycle of life and death, where caring for others and being cared for ourselves is a natural and honored part of the journey.
